To blame the youth of black or muslim backgrounds is not going to solve the problem, this is easy way out for people who have no solutions. The riots happened for a reason not that it is correct to riot but none the less France has big problem with its youth time for them to stop discriminating.

Discrimination is not a state policy unlike some of the countries that we know very well. With a lot of negative publicity to Islam, I dont think it right to blame the French for being weary of the mullahitically dressed. Hence the French Govt took the step of banning hijab and other symbols which professed religion. It was a means to integrate the minority to the mainstream...
