Hi, I’m new here and I wasn’t sure if this was the right place to put this, or whether I should.
Last year my friend’s 12 year old niece was diagnosed with a rare type of cancer (it affects less than 45 kids a year!). After months of chemotherapy followed by an operation, alhumdulillah she is now ok.
Having someone you love go through this is awful, and seeing my friend and her family go through it all was not nice.

Remember the statistics on cancer is shocking! Over 1 in 3 of us will develop cancer at some point in their lives, and you never in your wildest dreams think it might happen to you or someone you love, but thanks to vital research and development a lot of people are now being cured and are able to lead normal lives.
