say, it was your shadi, but your husband got only , lets say 4-5 days leave from office… but its the only time he is likely to get more leaves, later there won’t be any leaves…

woud u be upset?

nah.....we'd have a lifetime together.....gives me an excuse to extend the celebrations on and on and on.....

i will ask him to show up for nikkah only (15 min.) and then go back to his office and later take 4-5 days leave for honeymoniyan :blush:

i know someone who arrived on the day of his mehndi - she realized only it until after he had gone back - "omg what just happened" - lolss

Well I actually had tht wedding, huby just joined his new office n according to rules only after 6 months he can have vacation, he came just a day before wedding, 2 days of wedding n day after wedding v came back the next day he left for office, after 3 months of wedding he got vacation n thn v went for honeymoon, I didn't mind honestly

anyway, i wouldn’t know cos my husband took a 3 weeks off and worked an additional week from home after we got married :smiley:

My husband got three days off for our wedding. Went to work for a week, two days for honeymoon, back to work :)
I didn't mind, plenty of time to go be alone together in the future :)
