Qurbani is Waajib on a person so long as the person is saahib-e-Nisaab (having minimum wealth in the form of 7-1/2 tola gold or 52 tola silver * or equivalent).
uh uh i asked once and was told you are sahib e nisab if u have 1 tola gold. if u r sahib e zakat u r definitely sahib nisab.*

Zakaat is fardh on you if You are Saahib-e-Nisaab....
please, check out the actual calcultion for being saahib-e-nisaab... my knowledge tells me it is 6 1/2 tola gold and 52 tola silver...
