alhumdolillah I never had problems with qurbani ka gosht ..no bad smell.
But i do add a lot of ginger garlic paste in meat or i merinate it sometimes over night in dahi, ginger galic and other masala..it helps and it taste so much better :)
Sajal , yes , Kurbani meat has a very distinct taste ... not liked by some ...
Try this and it will always work inshallah.
Kurbani meat or defrosted , just put it in a strainer and then pour about 4 tablespoons of vinegar , then using your hands mix it all well , to ensure each piece is coated well with it.
Leave it aside for half hour. not only will it tenderize the meat, but also release the blood in the meat. when you wash it , you will notice that the meat will be cleaner and will not smell at all inshallah.
