Yes, I know that a cow can be divided into 7 hissay. But Edhi is only charging roughly Rs. 6000 for 1 hissa…which equals about Rs. 42,000 for all 7 hissays. I don’t think you can find a cow in Pakistan for Rs. 42,000 or even Rs. 50,000.
