u have over simplified the things ...................
i agree that the Holy Quarn is the prime source for shariah but u cant deny the importance of Hadiths, Sunnat ,Fiqah, and Ijmaa .......
i wud suggest u to discuss the same wid learned scholars instead of posting it here ............... the principle of shariah and its naunces are not like entertainment gossip ........... that u start discussing wid everyone ..............
further whole post give me a feelings that u have sorted few matters and start developing a point of view ................. one need to think in the totality and further the background of the verse is also very important .............
so i wud suggest u to consult some qualified alim ............. instead of discussing wid the ppl here ...................
