I think the person who reads the nikkah would know what he’s supposed to read…other than that I don’t know anyone reciting Surahs and verses during or after the wedding. For blessings, you can read any verse or Surah…it doesn’t have to be marriage related. Short Surahs are at the end of the 30th Juz.
