how on net?.....
i can explain u....

bought some dabka from market..
cut it one strip in relatively equal small pieces as u can see in my design.
insert ur needle first from fabric, it will b at upper side of frame, now insert one piece of ur dabka and then needle down to the opposite side of fabric.
now fill (not straight) ur design with this small pieces.

just arrange dabka.....observe carefully the sample and u will b able to do so.

i use two additional stitches at the both ends of dabka small pieces when u r aplying it on fabric these stitches would not let ur dabka to open.

but bazar walay usually dont do this coz its more time taking.
