There is another app that is for iphone and android devices called Athan (from islamic finder) I find it to be the most accurate app for users in US. I have not tried it in any other country. Also, most of the Pakistani televisions are following the times on the athan app for the PC for sehri and aftar.

I just tried it and uninstalled it. Very limited options to customize. I am not about to start doing iftaar 15 minutes earlier
