Whats right with it. Is it fair that an institution like Jinnah in Karachi has 20% quota for Punjabis. When jobs are already limited, what’s the chance of a Karachiwal to get a government job. If you scrap it, that it will go someway to molify the Urdu speaking community, which for the record is the most marganilized and persecuted in Pakistan.

There is no qouta for Punjabis in any instituition in Karachi. The qouta seats are for
-Overseas Pakistanis
-Balochistan
-FATA
-Kashmir
-Foreign students
