Thanks to a few GS members for the idea of a QUIZ program on this wonderful group.
I am creating a thread with certain rules–here;
Last date of answers will be 15 Dec-07.
TWO QUIZRAMA every month (also depending on the success of the first)
In case of a tie…there will be a “one-to-one” amongst the tie holders.
Each competition..there will be three prizes…for the one giving 100% correct answers, for the one giving 75% correct answers and for the one giving 50% correct answers. Good luck for the next time…to anyone giving below 50% correct answers.
For the FIRST competition and as a celebration of the advent of QUIZRAMA, the FIRST prize will be Ala-Carte DINNER for FOUR at BAR B Q TONITE, KARACHI or KOOKOO’s, Lahore or PAPA Salis, Islamabad. the second prize will be; A Crystal clad table Clock with a SHAEFFERS (Ink) Pen and Card holder. The third prize will be an LG Mobile Phone Set. (The winners abroad can nominate their reps. through pm to me..for receiving their wins).
In case of any dispute on any answer…my decision will be termed as final. But anyone can challenge with cogent reasons.
PLEASE DO NOT SEND ANSWERS BEFORE 15 DEC-07. EDITING YOUR SUBMISSIONS WILL DISQUALIFY YOU FROM THE COMPETITION. NOTE: Please carefully study the question/quiz. There will be catches and one has to read them deeply. The quiz will essentially focus on PAKISTAN & THE HISTORICAL VALUES OF INDO-PAKISTAN;

btw, good questions.. I can hardly guess 4 or 5. The good/bad thing is that we cant cheat in most of the questions.

That's the idea........ Ask your parents, friends, surf on nets, send sms or emails to your relatives and get the answers....and by doing so and by participating.. you'll learn things about your country you may not know? and once you'll know...you'll be like me because I too was not born with the knowledge of my country....I read, researched, learned from my Dad and his friends...I cascaded my queries....sometime I got snubbed and sometime people mocked and became sarcastic....in my profession people troubled me in various ways...but I hung on fel..steady and directed and focused...and by the will and grace of ALLAH ALMIGHTY I got the best...in life in rofession and in showbiz and at home.
