It is biggest scientific rumour of all time, Einstein major works has nothing to do with this, first nuclear reaction was conducted by Enrico Fermi and einstein is the one who unequivocaly spoke against nuclear proliferation. All he did was to calculate a formula of mass-energy conversion, the famous, E=delta(m)C(squared)

In hot regions why do people spray water ( on rooftop as an example) to keep house cool.

enthalpy/specific heat of vaporization. the water drops turn to vapor, but this process requires a quantum of heat from surroundings, heat used up, coolnezz.
