Quick to quote from Bukhari and Muslim?

No it's good that you pointed out this factor and I'm gonna do research on this inshaAllah in future. Last I read somewhere about the Brotherhood movement it was something to do with freemasons but I'm not really sure what was it all about but yeah I'll look for more info.

But they have quite a large follwing of women, just another dajjalic fitnah, Shaykh Hamza Yusuf adviced men in one of his lecture to don't let your women read these authors.

No one is infallible besides the prophet ...brotherhood movement made some mistakes but they were greatly maligned by the firons of their time like Nasser [who tortured thousands of them in his prisons] ...as they spoke about religious implementation and political reform and agitated against fascist /baathist arab leaders

thats good advice but IMHO these women shud be countered intellectually

the book "veil and muslim elite" by mernissi is a third rate research .....the author even admits that she herself did no hsitorical research on it but relied on others.
Mernissi relies on the ignorrance amongst the masses to make her case by twisting historical facts and selective quoting of sources.Simply ignoring them wud lead to their getting even more popular with rebellious women.

secondly we shud not neccesarily oppose EVERYTHING that they say ....as thats part of their agenda to present a series of half-truths to make them seem balanced and objective.
We should judge every argument on its merits ...this is also true for countering the more malignant types are manji ....

That's true brother and I agree with it but for people in general who have not much knowledge of Islamic History and Islamic sciences should not read these books otherwise they can become confused, extreme and anti-religion.
