So it seems like a lot of ladies are having issues these days with not being able to conceive so quickly…however i know a few ladies who conceive a bit too quickly and end up having kids withing 9 months-1 year between them…and they complain too because they dont want to have such small children all at the same time!! It is a hard job!
Does anyone know anyone or have they themselves had a quick pregnancy? e.g straight after the wedding?
Also, how soon can you find out that your pregnant? Do you have to wait till you miss your periods or can you do a test a week after ‘trying’?
What are the early symptoms? I understand you dont start feeling hungry straight away and sickness may not always occur straight away…?
A quick reply, some ladies think if they are breastfeeding they will not get pregnant, so they get a nice suprise after their 40 days are over, some are ready to conceive again and if there was no protection, a pregnancy is possible.
I got pregnant very early after my marriage. My son was born after 10 months of the wedding.I didnt have any symptoms except that I wanted to eat LOTS of sweet things all day suddenly and my friend who is a gynecologist told that I should get my blood test done ratherthan waiting to miss periods and doing strip test to confirm pregnancy. she was pretty sure abt it :D
The newer pregnancy tests can detect pregnancy as early as a day or two before your cycle is due to start! Best to wait a day or two after the date though, its more likely to give a good result.
I had my 3 very close together. First one born then second came 14 months later and third one cam 18 months after that. Sure, the first years were tough. Many diapers, bottles, car-seat carriers etc. BUT I have to say...they are the best of friends, they're never lonely, they teach each other, care for each other and I have a "play-date" every single day. Once they were all out of diapers and started to go to school (well, youngest starts in Sept) but things are SO much easier and always much fun.
aww your lucky Prototype mashallah..after how many weeks did you have the test and it confirmed?
:) after one week of missing periods(that was after 6 weeks of my marriage) Being doctors ourselves and listening to/seeing so many infertility cases ,both of us were worried if we were 'normal' :D so we wanted the 'results' soon.
straight away means you have 15-22 days after embryo implantation until you miss periods.so,if you feel any unusual symptoms around the time you are supposed to have periods, that's normal.this phenomenon is called perverted appetite:) and is one of the commonest symptoms for pregnancy
i my self got pregnant soon after getting married didnt even got periods after marraige n literally it was a filmy scene that i had my breakfast after a week or so i started having chaker n vomiting i didnt told anybody except my husband ....used the home testing kit n it was positive but in the urine test it came negative so i went for my honey moon after coming back still there was no sign of my periods so i again got a urine test n yeaa it was positive when every body came to know they were so amazed n were kiaaa itny jaldiiiiiii *blushed *
I concieved the very first month after my wedding (had one period). All the symptoms were there but i didnt know they were of pregnancy. I tested a day or two before i was due and it was positive. Unforunately i miscarried 2 months later. Second time around it took us quite a few months but now we have an adorable little munchkin. Alhamdulillah. For her as well, i tested a few days before i was due but this time i didnt have any symptoms at all. Just an intuition to check.
i was pretty much same is Ira... got pregnant pretty soon and miscarried during 1st trimester... got pregnant again within 3months and had wonderful baby... got pregnant again (planned) and had another wonderful one.. :) .... they are 11months apart.... i could have gone for another one (because he wanted to have 4) but my 2nd one's eczema problem drove me crazy...it was extremely difficult to have 4-5hrs sleep in 24hrs (sometimes only 3hrs or so) for about 8months ... thanks god it has gotten much better now .....
we used to read 'maa bun ker aurat ki taqmeel hoti hai' ...now i truly know what it means... it seems whole world smiles when i see them smiling....
