My good pal Luke knows alllll about DVD releases, mega-packages and extra-bonus-disc what-not. And earlier today he tells me this: "The Boogie Nights blu-ray comes out today. It’s a Best Buy exclusive." And then he ran out and grabbed one for 25 bucks.
To those (somehow) unfamiliar with the sinfully entertaining Boogie Nights](Boogie Nights (1997) - IMDb) … well, it’s pretty much fantastic from stem to stern, and it’s still my #1 Paul Thomas Anderson film. It’s sort of like the *Godfather *of the '70s porn scene. Or more like Goodfellas, actually.
