Quick fix for cravings ..

What are your tactics to deal with the cravings?

For example, for me, there are days I want to eat the spiciest food out there , but since it takes nothing less then at least 15 minutes to get a proper spicy meal together. I just chop up some green chilli and mix it in lemon juice, and either eat it with a small boiled potato or with omelette !

CB, I’m also a spice lover these days (though I’ve a mouth full of sweet teeth at the same time :blush: ), I normally chop up a tomato with hot green chillies and stir fry it on high heat for 3-4 minutes, adding salt to it. It’s scrumptious!!!

hard boiled egg halved and doused in hot sauce (cholula or pure habanero!)

for sweet … lightly toasted slice of bread with butter and honey! … yummmmmmmmm

A very hot cup of tea is mandatory with both. :yum:

When I feel like having meetha...I eat black grapes...they are super sweet and sooooooooo yummy!

I always have cravings for time taking meals like Haleem, Nihari and gajjar ka halwa and then for these I have no quick fixing except to cook. Haleem quick fix is the Packet haleem but nothing for other 2. If i crave for any fried thing i just fry french fries. And yes there is no quick fix for biryani too :(
