It starts from Grocery
always label the meat you are buying. Always Freeze it after cleaning and washing. This is very important and saves lot of time when in a hurry

dont waste time defrosting, throw the meet in daighchee and galooo it first. It will defrost it anyway
boneless chicken is MUST have in the freezer
freeze the cubes of ginger garlic paste (use cubes tray). Its quick, all you have to do is get a cube and throw in the daigchee
always keep tomato paste canes stored.
get a pack of fried onion. dont use it in daily cooking but just when you are in a hurry and there is no time to cut and fry onion.
If you are cooking meet, try to make "boti" as small as you can. small botis tenfder faster.
