I have loads of cream left and am wondering if I can make a few variations of whipped cream desserts or any other options to consume it.. please recommend any easy recipes?

Run it through the food processor with some condensed milk, crushed pineapple in pineapple juice. Put it in a tray, top it with coarsely ground pistachio. Freeze or chill to set.

Works well with mango pulp too.

Make a caramel sauce…1/2 c cream, 1 cup brown sugar, 4 tbsp butter, 1 tbsp vanilla essence, and a pinch of salt…Mix all ingredients in a medium saucepan over medium-low to medium heat. Cook while whisking gently for 5 to 7 minutes, until thicker. Turn off heat. Serve warm or refrigerate until cold.

If sauce is thin, just continue cooking for a few more minutes.

I made it a few days ago with leftover cream and spooned it over bread pudding.

You can use the cream in savory dishes as well.. As a base for chicken tikka masala, or in shahi paneer.

Thanks guys , anyone here knows that whipped cream dessert they make in PAkistan. I ate it million years ago, Marie biscuits were used as the base and whipped cream and fruits but I am not sure of the exact recipe.

Anyone knows?

CB, I make a simple but yummy one, crush Marie biscuits or break them, layer in a dish, add pineapple chunks or slices and pour the syrup, top with whipped cream and refigeratel

In another version I add a layer of vanilla custard before the cream, or condensed milk and lots of cream.

you can add pineapple jelly into the cream and whisk with a fork and pour over biscuits and pineapples.

Brilliant ideas Raania, I think this is exactly what I was looking for.. Yes there was condensed milk in that dessert I had I remembered now that you mentioned it :hugz:

@Chicken_Biryani: oh yea that is called marie delight.
take marie biscuits or digestive biscuits, crush, mix in butter and spread a layer of it.
next, pour some pineapple juice, add fruit cocktail, the mix condensed milk & cream, pour over it. Garnish with jelly, tinned fruits, almonds and walnuts.
