in theory, rep is supposed to be a way where members get rewarded and recognized for their good posts, in reality it is a popularity contest among kids in cafe whose multinicks give rep points ot each others multinicks.
chat is among the things chaudry saab is working really hard on these days
the random entries allow ppl to see something interesting that they would otherwise not have seen, think of it as free publicity of your journal...hmmm we should charge for it.
private journal dunn show up in the display.
and yeah...azkar is still locked in his basement working oin blog, hmmm noin texas they dont have basements, so err he is in the attic, working on teh chat thing

What is Rep Power and why is it there? I dont get it...
Basicaly its all just for fun.
the rep power stands for = Reputation power and it is related to the reputation points which you can gain or lose depending your style and way or posting on th GS forums.
Currently members can only give +ive reputation powers to each other, only mods/admins can give both +ive and -ive reputation power to members. It could be seen as a very mild warning, which then will cause the reputation points of that member to decrease. And the reputation bar then shows which represents the total number of points the members has. It can grow and after a certain number of points it starts showing a golden coloured stars.
The higher the number of posts of a member the higher the reputation power becomes, also the days/months/years of registration on GS contributes to positive reputation powers.
So all these things count up and make up a total number of reputation points.
Which you can then spread to other members, by giving them rep. points to any posts you think seems worth it.
