I am guessing this is related to job search. All job related questions must be answered in two parts, first part will talk about your a strong point/accomplishment that is related to that job and second half will will tell the reader how you are going to leverage that strong point/accomplishment and build/enhance your self.
The first half can be presented as a nagative item, but you will turn it into a positive item. Example "I am a very detailed oriented person and often I find myself seeking perfection in everything I do. As a consequence, I find myself falling behind on other tasks that I am responisible for. To overcome this issue, I take account of everything that I have done on daily basis and check my activities against my priorities and gauge my progress."
I know the above example is not a good answer for the question, but it will you an idea of what I am talking about ..... negative which is actually positive.
