Do you think if I made and froze some chicken and spring rolls in the freezer around 4 months ago - they will be still good? How long do they usually last in the freezer?
I don’t want to serve anything bad and get paid dard later 
please advise…

The frozen spring rolls should be fine
Not sure about the chicken…how did you cook it?

you can visually inspect for freezer burns. it all depends how you froze the stuff.

If there is no frost in your chicken, then it should be fine. I would make sure I heat it on cooktop and not microwave.

It should be fine unless for any reasons you took them out during this time and they were kept on room temperature, they were loosen and you re-freeze it..
If it remained freeze all this time..then dont worry…it’s all fine.

they should be ok, but they may break or crack when you try to refry (due to freezer burn, etc)
