Subject: Questions: “Growth” of Qadianism and Mirza Tahir’s “Vision”
An Ahmadi Asked:
If ahmadiyyat is wrong then why are people flocking to join ahmadiyyat
since last year they had 10 million converts and the head of ahmadiiyat
Mirza Tahir ahmed had a vision that every year it will doublewhat do you think of this, please clear me up .
Thank you for your EMail message and your question.
Obviously, it is rather naive to blindly accept this type of
unverifiable propaganda from the Qadiani camp. The believers
are to stand fast by revelations and not be impressed by the
propaganda of various misguided groups. This argument which is
routinely relied upon by the Qadiani leadership is irrational
and has to be rejected for many reasons.
Firstly, Qadiani leaders have always grossly exaggerated their
numbers to misguide the naive. Has anyone seen 10 million new
members?! Is there anyway to independently verify this claim?
Secondly, if the number of new members is the sign of
truthfulness, then it is Islam, not Qadianism, which is
recognized as the fastest growing religion on the face of the
earth.
Thirdly, if number of new members is sign of Truthfulness, then
does it mean that Christians, Hindus, and others are on the
right path, since they grow at a much faster rate than
Qadianism?
Fourthly, why should we be impressed with a mission, which has
historically used deceptive arguments to misguide naive Muslims
from the path of Islam? Where is the virtue in converting
Muslims to Qadianism?! Please read the following with an open
mind and judge for yourself, whether such a Mission has any
room to boast about their alleged converts.

Finally, the mission of Mirza Ghulam died many decades ago. The
mission you currently see is that of his grandson, Mirza Tahir,
in association with his supporters in great Britain, Israel,
and other anti-Islamic nations. If you pay close attention, you
will see that Mirza Ghulam’s teachings have effectively been
pushed aside, and Mirza Ghulam’s life has undeservedly been
exaggerated to keep naive individuals entrapped. If this is not
so, why the collection of writings of Mirza Ghulam have not
been translated, so we all can benefit from them?!
Finally, you mentioned the alleged vision of Mirza Tahir
Qadiani! It is divine prudence that, sooner or later, every
Qadiani leader has to expose his own falsehood. Let us
reflect about this:
Qadiani leader claims to have “converted” (from Islam) 10
million members this year and claims it will double every year.
Please consult the following table:
Year Alleged Number of Converts
1999 10,000,000
2000 20,000,000
2001 40,000,000
2002 80,000,000
2003 160,000,000
2004 320,000,000
2005 640,000,000
2006 1,280,000,000
2007 2,560,000,000
2008 5,120,000,000
2009 10,240,000,000
According to Mirza Tahir’s alleged vision, in 10 years, the
entire world will be Qadiani! It is interesting to note that
Mirza Tahir claims he will be able to accomplish in 10 years
what Mirza Ghulam, the self-nominated Mahdi, Messiah, Krishna,
nabi, and rasul, was unable to accomplish in his entire life!
EnshaAllah, if we are both alive and Qadianism, nauzobillah,
somehow manages to keep some of its unfortunate victims for
another 10 years, I predict we will see the next Qadiani leader
come up with an excuse and an explanation for the failure of
this alleged vision of the current Qadiani leader and protector
of Mirza Ghulam’s fortunes.
I hope this reply has adequately addressed your question.
