This was from the Bridal couture week 2010. how much do yo think it should cost approximately , knowing that i’ll order it in 2012 so it won’t be from a brand new collection ?
now, i don’t have a limited budget for my bridal dress, i’m just being curious as i’ve never dealt with any designer in my life and before he asks me what is my budget, i obviously don’t want to tell him i don’t have a limit so i’d love to know your opinion on the price.
my wedding is going to be quite simple and small so i wanted a dress that is not too bling bling or has a gazillion swarovsky crytals on it and i think this one really suits my style and the color will suit me too, regardless of the fashion, i always wanted a long shirt because i simply think short ones are ugly and i don’t like them.
Besides, i want to be able to wear it even after the wedding and make it multifunctional by wearing it as a formal type dress, so along with the sharara, i’d also like to have a shalwar made, what type of shalwar you guys think would look better with this shirt ?

Hey! i contacted Fahad for the exact same dress and he told me its for 1 lack 50 thousand which i think is pretty ok right? :-)
I am thinking of getting the same if didnt find anything better than this one.
The ideas you have given out there of wearing it again and turning the sharara for a salwar was exactly what i thoughf of....gosh! i am not the only one who has these ideas hehe good to know. So i thought of a simple shalwar for myself if i ever bought it.
yeah 1,5 lakh is reasonable for this dress it's like 1 200 € , i wasn't expecting more than 2 lakhs but i'm glad you told me ! and yeah i totally support the idea that you should be making a dress that you'll be able to wear afterwards by customizing it
i've made my final decision about this dress, i know there might be better options out there but this one really suits my personality and style for some reason, and i love how it's really original and different without having heavy kaam
