I think Merc was debating logically and had earned the right to claim he was proven right. That does not mean that was his zindagi ki maqsad. His attention to detail was simply amazing in this thread. Wish I could reel off information like him.

As your own post states the above PM is not generated by me it is generated by the system as you have quote notifications on and thus you get the PM whenever your post is quoted. In a reported post no post is quoted nor does anyone click on the ‘‘quote’’ button, its just reported. You do not have to take my word for it, please PM any admin to reconfirm what I said, for the ‘‘record’’ ofcourse. A FYI, had I actually sent you a PM and you’d copy pasted it publicly it’d been disrespectful so FYI any PM correspondence from anyone is not allowed to be copy pasted in the forums. I did not invent this rule, its been in place for over 12 years now.

just kidding yo. Can't hate the US, just can't happen. The whole argument got too tiring. To put a long story short, WTC got hit, US hit Afghanistan. What's the use of arguing who did it. Can't prevent the invasion, because it already happened.
We'll know if US really did it herself, when the actual documents get declassified,100 years from now.

I was not being sarcastic as being nasty. This is my style of breaking the seriousness of argument in any long thread by intentionally saying something childish so the other party can do the same, just to tone the seriousness down. I do that all the times. That does not mean that I don’t have any material left.
As far as the conspiracy theories are concerned, none of the ones that I mentioned were coined by Muslims. It is sad that we all have established the belief that if the opinion is anti USA, it has to be coming from fundamentalist Muslims. Amazingly narrow minded perspective, I must say.
Last thing is, mercy’s full argument is based on the belief that if USA media said that, then it must be true and we should blindfoldedly believe them. You guys can swallow that defense, I can’t.
Especially the one he was throwing about civil engineering . Popular mechanics stories might be good for laymen, not for me.

Southie, Merc did not mind, neither did we. He was very chilled out and sure we were all steadfast in our beliefs which was reflected in our firm tone but nothing unsavory happened.He said it was a fun debate so did I. He has his own beliefs I have mine, we debated, came to nothing but it was worthwhile.

See Operation Northwoods, the Gulf of Tonkan incident, and the Business Plot for what America will do to go to war. The point of this is that the US is not above underhanded methods to go to war. The proof for these events/plans are not conspiracy theories, but documents released by government institutions and accounts from whistle blowers.
As for 9/11, Michael Moore and others have made the point that the Bush administration received intelligence warning them of a possible plot by Al-Qaeda involving airplane hijackings. Whether they simply ignored it, or were behind the training in the first place is up for debate. For anyone thinking that this is too far-fetched, please see the examples I mentioned above.

This. There was one incident where USA had a war with Spain in the Carribean using the justification that the Spanish attacked a US fleet.
A 100 years later today that has been proven a lie and it has been proved that US attacked their own ship to justify a war. Like you and diwana say, the lies have been told before, and who knows if they were told again. Wait. They were told again, when 1 million people in Iraq perished due to another lie.

Honestly thought you had reported my post since system said I don't have access. Since you say I should try harder let me state reasons for my concern. In the past 2 to 3 weeks you have reported several of my posts and also sent to review folder. Last being an inocious debate. I just assumed you resorted to same. I don't need to confirm with anyone. TLK I have quoted Shak in my postsx230 and 231. He specifically States Mercy resorting to tacticsxsuch as sarcasm. Thus proving Shak et al have made their case since they are not resorting to it.
I was addressing Shak that if he claims to take such high road he needs to walk the walk. I was trying to establish sarcasm was used by BOTH parties. I think sarcasm is a fine tool to use. But I believe Shak was disinegenuos when he claimed only Mercy used it.
As for technical setails I recall towers supported by steel beams which melted.
