Nothing about high standards. You’d know how much paranoia US had since the Cold War. Pentagon is the heart of America, with the amazing tech developments that country has made everything and anything that moves around that area will be under surveillance. Like any other secure zone but obviously at a much massive scale. I am mildly surprised you are even questioning this. Hence to find and argue that no camera caught the plane is absurd not matter what way you look at it.

Since the Cold War, US let its guard down until 9/11.

Even after the WTC bombing in February 1993, US didn’t take the threat seriously which led to 9/11.

As for Pentagon, I have already explained a hundred times the security protocols US has.

And you are going by your gut saying that US is world’s biggest super power and thus they are infallible is just plain wrong.

CIA has made many mistakes from failure of the Tet Offensive in 1968, to 1979 Iranian Hostage Crisis, to 9/11.
