just add her there's no harm in that and if later on you feel like she's not being honest or something you can always just block.........but you never may be she's changed and realizes what a great friend you were and now wants to be friends again.......you can just start out by making small talk and see where it goes from there..........really it's not a hard of a thing to do......there should be other more important things that you should be worried about lol
