With the advancement in technology and faster communication, it has become much easier than ever before to voice propaganda in order to brainwash people and gain their approval and thus political strength. We have to understand the reasons why wars are fought and sanctions are imposed upon nations in today's world. It is certainly not for the benefit of the people of that country, it is for the political and economic interests of nations and alleys. In last couple of months, we have repeatedly seen several news agencies and radio talk shows making negative statements about Iraq 7/24 w/o any solid reason. A month ago, I was listening to a talk show; the host's main topic of the day was to talk about the benefits of Iraq's restructuring and easy access to oil. A couple of Americans called the host in open hours and tried to voice their opinions but host basically labeled them as "arrogant and uninformed about world matters"
US got what they needed. Media should take a break!
America wants regime change remember???
These inspections are just to save the Isreali ass from any other balastic missile.
Inspection happen or not. Successful or not. America wants Saddam out.
Yes. Americans want him out.
But...Saddam, agreed, once again to U.N. resolutions as we did, once again.
Those are the facts. Everything else is simple speculation.
Let us pray that news speculation doesn't make room for all of us to forget that FACT.
