Heres a toughie ..I have a question , this is both general and from an Islamic point of view .

What is the exact dividing line between a person who previously normal ( having problems) and when she or he flips her /his lid?..Especially when despite having delusions , mood swings ..and everything the person is still working full time and can engage in normnal conversation?

Islamically and legally would such a person be able to excercise her/his right of divorce ..or transfer property ..claim inheritance?
