Well, in most european countries, they have female only prisons, with female officers operating, but that doesn't mean a female can't abuse a female......
Not too sure how the prison system works in Pakistan....

In prison next to zero. In police station high.
Also depend if woman belongs too a poor unprivileged back ground then very likely.
If from rich and powerful family then None!!

scenario women has committed a murder from a poor background. Has been caught, but has not confessed to the murder so police beat her, but is tht as far as they go?

If she is in police station and she is poor then you cannot guarentee anything.:(
