Yes.
But not that, u bring 5-10 in half an hour.
Plus, maybe when the original thread was posted it was best fitted in that forum but, since, now we have broader range of forums it may get moved to another.

Yes a thread per day is fine. It dosent mean a thread by every member, if every memeber bumps just one its again 50 threads per day.
Yes Mods may Edit/Delete/Move the thread. Like I said maybe in old times some thread was suitable or best fitted in that forum but now its not, there could be number of diffrent reasons why.
