Re: Question - Weight
According to your ht your BMI is 20.2 healthy range being 18.4-24.9. Meaning you are within the healthy wt range for your ht. You don't need to lose wt but what you probably need is to do resistance exercise to get rid of the fat and build muscle instead. A complete workout would include cardio (to build strength and lose fat) and resistance/wt training (also to lose fat and build muscle). You can do things like sit-up and crunches which will work on your problem areas. If I were you I wouldn't worry about wt but inches instead. Waist circumference should be below 80cm for women and 90cm for men.
Re: Question - Weight
Oh okay - Thanks...i guess I'll just join the gym and go there 3 days a week.
Re: Question - Weight
Tone up. Gym is the way to go about it with a proper plan.
Re: Question - Weight
Yea, you are on the right track. I should follow my own advice too
Good Luck!
Re: Question - Weight
Hahaha. By the way, do you know which machines help in losing weight from what department?
Re: Question - Weight
well its usually written on the machine ... i suggest u do cardio to get healthy at least
Re: Question - Weight
Ali stop trying to act smart :p she is already healthy just wants to tone up.
But yea at the gym the machines usually has diagrams/ instructions which show the muscles groups a particular machine works on. Which ever muscle group you work on, you are bound to tone it and lose fat from that area. I'm not an exercise expert so the names of machines/workouts eludes me at the moment sorry.
