Hmm, but if it’s our iman…regardless of gender…that Allah will provide the rizq, then why do some guys set financial security as a precondition for marriage? The definition of that financial security will vary from one guy/woman to the next, but it doesn’t have to be inflexible/rigid right? For example, is it necessary to own ur own home as a precondition to marriage …when u can also start off with something smaller like an apartment, but with a stable job and hard work…expand to bigger and better over time. There expectations/preconditions are not only confined to the women. Men have em as well, no?
