Re: Question to Men about ego/rishta process...
wooah, again guys/gals, this is not about me and this is not something i personally am dealing with, and i already said this is between the time of full on love to just having feelings, this issue doesn't relate to me.
but i saw a similar type of situation happen to somebody i know and i know for a fact that it was a tough decision and that person is still in that process of deciding.
strabismus, is genetic and so is vitiligo as well as albino-ism
Re: Question to Men about ego/rishta process…
but that goes back to the topic of the thread, would the guy’s family be offended or insulted that genetic counseling was even suggested or that the girl’s family even suggested such a thing and had an issue with all this. these are desis we’re talking about here. them getting insulted is higher
i know for a fact that if i had such disorders in my family i would be prepared to have people raise issues about it.

Well, if we are talking about desi families, then going in to a love marriage is going to raise the eyebrows anyways. So...if you're scandalizing shuro main hi, why not finish what you started ya know.
Re: Question to Men about ego/rishta process...
i can see what sahar is saying but i already mentioned that this is not an arranged marriage situation, they do have feelings for each other and the process has progressed quite a bit, the moving on wouldn't be so easy since the professing of their feelings has already happened.
So then pursue the rishta. They can't do anything about the genes. Take it or leave it. No need to talk about it.
