Kashmir is an integral part of India and will always be coz it was **legally **acceded to secular India by the Maharaja of Kashmir, it was Pakistan who invaded Kashmir **illegally **to capture it in the name of religion and made mess of Kashmir > Proof
As far as UN resolution is concerned it clearly says Pakistan has to leave POK first and only then can a plebiscite be held, now go ahead and set a good example for Indians

Kashmiri speaking Muslims kicked out Millions of Kashmiri speaking Hindus out of Kashmir. When India got it's freedom, Hindus of India did not kick out muslims of India out of India. They were not kicked out of India to Iran, Saudi Arabia or Afghanistan. A separate land exclusive for Muslims was carved out of India. Kashmir not the Baap ki jageer of Muslims of Kashmir. It belongs to hindus of Kashmir as well. Any Pakistani who opposes this is not a Pakistani.prove you are Pakistani,by giving what you got 50 Years back.
India was not divided into two halves based on majority hindu decision. If Morally bankrupt Muslims of kashmir cannot give Kashmiri Hindus their right of their land, they have not right to ask for it.

The maharaja had no basis other than being an evil guy to accede to India at that time not following what the division of India was base on. Jammu-Kashmir had majority mslims and was supposed to be the part of Pakistan.
Then came the referendum issue in late 1940's. Which was never accepted and India kept dancing around the issue.
The last bold part of your like the rest has to be a joke, since India division was based on religious majority and hence Pakistan should get more instead of giving it any!

Screw the maharaja . Why did not Pakistan force nizam to join Pakistan. Today you talk of two nation theory. But u forget Bengalis didn't care much about it. We don't expect pakistanis to care for minorities of kashmir. This is 2010, if Kashmiri Muslims want independence, they should give away part of Kashmir to their minority brothers. That's is the logical and only solution.
