Am I the only one that thinks forcing someone to wake up unless there's some emergency is kinda zulm? I don't force my husband to wake up and there's never a question of "letting" someone sleep til whenever. Weird.

I used to wake up late too.. 10-11 ... when I had my son, that's one thing I promised I will change about myself. Initially it was so hard to wake up early when he woke up.. but rather than letting him sleep with me till 10-11.. I changed my habit.. and started waking up with him. I personally don't think waking up late is a good thing.. half your day is gone sleeping. Once you have kids, you would want to change for the better.

yeah.. im usually up and out at 6 am on sat/sun, easiest way to find me some me-time to do some of the stuff i like without bargaining and trading for it. when im back at 10-11 am, i make a lousy cup of tea and wake the wife up, and then she makes a good cup of tea. afternoon, i sneak in a nap with the kid. errybody happay.

Since my wife is a working lady, I try not to wake her up. Ye ameeenfareeza mera beta kerta hey. Rather wo to Raat ko bhi nahi Sonay deta. I feel better if she gets her share of sleep because shez the one managing the kid at night

Do you let your wives sleep till 10 on weekends?

Specially when you are an early bird yourself? Like I normally wake up b/w 6-7 even on weekends and then just wander around doing nothing or prepare breakfast for the family or put my laundry etc. In summer though, I have sport activity on Sunday morning so at least that takes the boredom out of one weekend morning.

Many times I have decided that I am going to wake her up liken afreen hai begum per itni masoom shakal bana ker sotee hai k wake up kerney jaoo tu rehem aa jata hai and I let her sleep. Even though she is a house wife but she has pretty hectic schedule so I let her catch onto her sleep on sat/sunday.

What do you do?

this makes me think, am i the only wife who sleeps after my husband sleeps and gets up before my husband wakes up!!!..

Over the weekends I let her sleep till the time she wants to. I do not make my own breakfast because she likes to make something special over weekends for the family. I always have a laundry list of things to do over the weekends.
