What should one do if he sends a PM to a moderator requesting to please edit some irrelevant replies from a certain thread, and the moderator PMs back saying “Leave my job to me” instead of saying “Thanks for pointing it out” or “I’ll go ahead and remove those irrelevant replies”? Have I insulted the moderator by sending him a PM of request to delete irrelevant replies and be fair to everyone?

Question to Nescio: Which Admin? No one answers their PMs (well they do but very late). I figured maybe if I opened a thread, ONE of them will see it and whoever sees it first may reply.
answer to Shikra: if the aim of opening the thread here was to get it to an Admin's attention, then I'd still suggest PM-ing, because a PM comes to attention far earlier than a thread in Feedback. As for replying, there isn't a difference in both.

I don't know who deals with such issues as Sabah is mostly incharge of banning, Who---me is on tech. side, Najim is for computer forum, how do I know who's incharge of answering my question? You tell me and I'll PM him or her. Are we clear now?
