Yes a person can take injection but such injections which provide energy i.e. glucose injection will nullify fast (roza).

A) Continue fasting while travelling
B) Will not fast while travelling
C) exempted from fasting while travelling

There is nothing wrong or it doesn’t invalidate fasting, while rinsing mouth with water as long as water don’t go inside throat.

Injection: Intramuscular or intravenous = allowed during fasting
Injection: nourishment = disallowed during fasting
Having said above, it is better to take injection while a person is not fasting.
