I sold an item on ebay. the first person did not pay so I gave second offer to another bidder and he paid for it. How will ebay charge me? will they charge me twice? and how will they make me pay for the item? will they automatically take payment from my paypal account?
that was my first time selling on ebay so can someone help me with this stuff. thanks

If you relisted the item after you did not receive the payment from first buyer than yes ebay will charge u twice...as in their record u have sold this item twice. You will pay for ebay bill from paypal and if u will not than they will charge directly, as they have all ur info. What you can do is u can contact the buyer who bought from u and ask him to write an e.mailt ebay ppl saying that u didn;t go through with the purchase and meanwhile u can contact contact ebay ppl and let them know that you never received the payment for the item thats why u relisted it and sell it again. As a proof they will require both the parties agreeing to this that they never completed the transaction. This way ebay will only charge u for one item. Ebay ppl are very coperative and they r always there to help.

Thanks AshKhan...i just filed a dispute that buyer bought the item in error...i sold my used phone and i have other old/new cell phones that i need to start selling on ebay
