Yah as far as i have heard, its ok as long as it doesnt happen every month! stress/weather/diet change r usually the key factors.

If i were you, i would def see a gyno for this just to be sure.

Appi it can happen. You have likely just ovulated earlier this month compared to your normal cycle length. As ZK has said it may be due to stress etc. no need to worry yourself, I wouldn’t think you need to see a Dr unless you find that it is happening every month or if you are bleeding very heavily/ painful periods

I am just completely drained of all energy.

The last time this happened was when my dad got really sick and I was under A LOT of stress. That was years ago and it never happened after that Alhumdulillah until now.

Its not super painful but there is no doubt it is a period because of the cramping and all that discomfort. I hope it will be over soon. I will see what happens next month and if it repeats…going to see a doc.
