Theyre just the terms used to describe irregular bleeding. But you don’t have that, so I wouldn’t worry if I was you. You have a normal cycle with normal flow.

It is quite common to see an irregularity in an otherwise constant cycle during times of stress. Some skip periods while others may get them more frequently or with increased flow. Its not something to be worried about unless it recurs too often. It’s good that you’re monitoring the timings of your periods. It’s always healthy to be aware of your body and the changes it goes through in reaction to stress.
