question/help GS designers regarding khaadi

Hello dear guppan designers

Can GS designers who go to khaadi ofter help me figure out what size long kurta will be closest to my size if I give you guys my measurements?? I am having hard time figure out.

Thanks.

Re: question/help GS designers regarding khaadi

They have a measurement chart on their website.

Re: question/help GS designers regarding khaadi

I saw that, but I guess I can rephrase my question to 'if I give the gs designer my measurements based on that can she help me to figure out, of the two sizes I am confused between, which one would be closer to my naap' because I dont mind getting bigger size as long as it can be altered easily. Hope you got what my dilemma is :(

Re: question/help GS designers regarding khaadi

generally qameezes are easier to alter from the chest/waist area, hip and daman are harder to alter, am I right??

Re: question/help GS designers regarding khaadi

Khaadi pret shirts in general are loose flowing, the only main thing you need to get right is your shoulder size and to some extent the chest. Khaadi does alterations as well. If you need any specific help plz inbox me

Re: question/help GS designers regarding khaadi

their size chart sooo confusing....let see my shoulder is 15, chest 19.5, and waist 18, arm hole curve 8.5.

their size 8, 10, 12.

size 12 shoulder is 15 chest is 21 waist 22
size 10 shoulder is 14 chest is 20 waist 18

oh and arm hole curve 8,9, 10.

so u see how confusing it it?

Re: question/help GS designers regarding khaadi

^ size 12 would be closer to you due to the shoulder size.

Re: question/help GS designers regarding khaadi

^yea but only the shoulder size, not chest, waist, and arm hole curve..they are also important part of measurement. seriously they need correct the measrement cuz its not the same when took off measurement from kurta and compare with size guide.

Re: question/help GS designers regarding khaadi

That is why they r called ready made. I think u should go for size 10.

Consider arm hole first and then cross shoulders and then the rest...

Arm hole cutting is the key. Some designers cut it like curve shape but some cut it like almost L shape. I have seen different sizes fits same women / girl.

Below both sizes are same but cutting style is different.
