question for the ladies..

Hi
on your wedding night…

when do you take your lehnga of and get dressed into something confortable

is it just before you sleep or asap when you enter your sasural?

Re: question for the ladies..

this question is addressed for both the married and unmarried ladies

Re: question for the ladies..

lolz, how can unmarried ladies answer this question?!

Anyways, this reminds me of something funny. I have always been very particular about sleeping in my night suit and ever since as a kid i had this habbit of changing into my night dress everytime i wud sleep. N somehow i wud get uneasy seeing other people sleep in their dialy wear lols. So on my mumani's baraat, when we went to see them off in their room i said nothing else but ask her how/if she was gonna sleep in her bridal eeks lols.

Re: question for the ladies..

Lol, I have wondered this before too

Re: question for the ladies..

bonga question

Re: question for the ladies..

usually in laws will do rasams and there''ll be some photography/videography, so u change after everyone leaves. although as soon as i was in the car for rukhsati I took my nath out b/c it was very uncomofrtable.

Re: question for the ladies..

Yeah same sara, I took my nath out aswell because it became annoying after a while.
As soon as I went to my inlaws they did rasams which lasted quite a while and then mother in law took me to room with husband and after she went i said to husband that before you say anything I'm going to change and he did the same too

I doubt it that anyone waits because all you would want to do is change into something comfortable or am I wrong?

Re: question for the ladies..

im not married yet, but im assuming (common sense) once ur wedding is over, and ur in YOUR room either hotel or house, u can pretty much change into something comfortable.... :D

Re: question for the ladies..

Yes, just wait for everyone else to leave, and then change. Your susral should not see you in your PJs.

Re: question for the ladies..

Obviously you have to change. Sorry but what kind of question is that?

Re: question for the ladies..

^the question is about 'when', not 'if.'

Re: question for the ladies..

yeah i hate wearing nighties or pjs so i just changed into simple plain shalwar kameez because its more comfortable

Re: question for the ladies..

go susraal in PJs :cb:

Re: question for the ladies..

lol doesn't everyone have a special lingerie, or silky night gown for wedding nights or is that just a Canada/america thing?

Re: question for the ladies..
