which exercise worked for lower belly? share your experience

I'm a Pilates workout freak!!! It's the best as it works all of your abdomen muscles and helps you achieve that defined waist and toned tummy. I mostly do 2-3 Pilate work outs a week although I started of by doing them once a week 1 set now I do 4 sets 2 - 3 times.... It's the best thing to achieve an overall defined shape, throw in some cardio and you will see pounds drop off.... But if you just want ab exercise then Pilates is the way to go :)

Just eat less, haha... I mean just eat fruits / veg salads. No fried food. No eggs, beef, niharis, etc. If you really really feel like eating a hearty meal once in a while, just eat steamed, barbecued or baked fish and non-beef items. No food made out of powdered milk. Drink lots of water. The fats/cellulite will go away.

I myself only go for an hour morning walk 6am and sometimes roller skating & rarely skipping. That's about it.

watch this video… it will help you understand what im saying, also you can follow her routine if you want but shes doing too much for a beginner!
ok now you have seen the videos i will tell you my routine,
The routine i use to do when i was a beginner was as follows:-
1)back kick
go on all fours… make sure you back is straight and your looking forward, slowly bring one leg
up and then qucikly bend your knee and bring it in towards your face (like your going to kick your knee in your head) then kick it back, do 5x on each leg… example picture… (adding weights is optional, but not needed. also when you kick your leg back you can keep both hands on floor, once you get confident you can lift your arm as-well as leg but for beginner just keep both hands on floor and only lift legs..)
2)oil rigger - (there is an example off this on the video posted above at 8.20 minutes’)
staying on all fours bring one leg back, make sure it is stretched straight, then slowly bring your arms and body down as if doing a push up,do this 5x on each leg (don’t need to hold anything or freeze in one position like in the video, just keep going)
3)next is the hundred (miracle for killing belly fat)
lye down on you back, bring both legs up in a diagonal, lift your upper back up, with your arms buy your side or in front (whatever works best), “pump” your arms up and down while breathing, do this a 100 times

do this routine one rep, once a week then progress to two reps onces a week, then slowly 2 reps (repeat all session twice) twice a week.
be warned when you do pilates then next day when you get up from bed you tummy will be VERY sore, so make sure you do some stretches in the morning to help the muscles (either do a quick hundred or crisscross to break the pain)

do it for 3 weeks (that's one time each week, so 3 times) and let me know how it goes, once you have completed 3 week i will post more exercise for you to add on to your routine, feel free to ask any questions along the way :) happy Pilate-ing :)
