i know i should ask this question to Indian Womens, but i didn’t find any good indian forum as active as GS
In India 33 1/2 % of all Seats in colleges,Govt Organisations,Trains,Buses,local body elections are reserved for women/girls, and they are planning to implement it in State Assembly and in Parliament ( but strong opposition from Mulayam and Lalu )
when women says they are equal to men and they can do everything men can do, now a days you can find women drivers in state Transport Metro buses,auto/taxi drivers, petrol pumps etc…
yeh bimari jaldi jaldi private sector ko bhi lagega, abhi GE India ne decide kiya hi ke they want to increase women work force in india
the questions when you think you have equal/more talent and skills what men have then why do you require reservation 
..well i personally don think key more talents or skills has anything to do with being a women or a man…it depends on each n every individual…be it woman or man…
