Do nothing if they are soft & not that visible. At least I should have done that. Now I have tiny hairs at places I was all clean before.
Waxing torso & all after wedding is optional I think. If you are one of those freaks who always want to be smooth & silky go for it. That is if you can keep up with it every month. Also later on you'll find out about your husband's preferences too. Some men don't care about hair & all & some do.
for people who are already married, did you get your stomach or back waxed before the wedding? Is it worth it or do you get daanay from doing that? Should I wax or bleach these two areas? I'm so confused :(
=S y wud u get ur back waxed? a few years ago a girl i know had a full body wax b4 she got married and found it to be one of the worst decsions shes made! dont wax if u have fine hair! but if its obvious then get those strips stripping!!!
I'm in the same boat as u... was thinkin whether to get waxed or bleached.. lets see. I guess won't get waxed cz then aagay k liye it'll be a prob.... is bleaching ok girls...
And im embarrassed to ask but is it ok to bleach the chest area (breasts), i mean as its a very sensitive area...
There's no harm in bleaching the chest area :) Its the delicate areas that you should be careful with.. Like around the eyes.
Edit: What Im thinking though is if it would be enough with the bleaching? I mean the hair is still there and if the hubby runs his hand over that area he'd feel the hair.. :/ Its just sucha a trouble with monthly waxes, ingrown hair resulting in pimples etc.
I too wanted to know this, should I or should I not wax my facial hair, and the back and torso?? or may be breasts also.. I don't have thick hair but fine hair that are visible also not looking bad at all but for a smoother and cleaner look should I really wax them or just bleaching the body will make my hair look invisible?? I don't have much time left girls, my wedding is starting on 30th Sept. InshaALLAH! so quick replies about that would be really appreciated.. :) Thanks in advance.
Aww congrats on the upcoming wedding! May all the arrangements go smoothly, insha' Allah. Concerning the tiny, tiny but visible hair I'd definately recommend you to just bleach them. Waxing is such a headache, especially when you start having kids etc.
If they are tiny and fine, I would just stick to bleaching, but if they're long and thick, bleaching will only make them look weird, so they will have to go! Thats the problem with us dark-haired peeps, our hairs are more visible! :(

Does bleaching and waxing cause hair to come back thicker and longer?
When bleaching, you're not removing the hair, just changing the color.
Waxing, if done properly, actually makes the hair grow back thinner over time. Only shaving makes the hair grow back thicker.

I am not sure as I am just talking with personal experience & things vary with people with different body types. But I do know that last year this lady gave me a "gold" facial & told me there are no bleaching agents in the cream. Later on I was glowing & all but I did notice that my facial hair were lighter in color & after a couple of weeks were more visible around my jawline & under chin. (note before I never waxed or threaded them, now they are another hassle to take care of)
The waxing part. If you have really really thin tiny hair that are not even visible from far. Leave them alone. I got my whole body wax before the wedding & I have patches of hairs at places I never had hair before. I always waxed half of my body but now its just crazy.
On the other hand waxing DOES make you hair come back slow & thinner. If there are hairs that def. need to be removed than wax them.
if its really that fine and hardly visible, i wouldn't bother with either!
and to whomever wanted to know about bleaching your chest- dude! your nipples are super sensitive and it will probably hurt to bleach them. seriously, girls, its one thing to worry about legs and arms because they might actually show in dresses and shirts, but your chest?? unless you're always showing cleavage, and even then, if its hardly visible, whats the issue?
and as one married woman to another, let me just say, your husband couldn't give a rat's behind about your chest hair. it won't even register as a thing to think about on his radar, unless you bring it up and discuss it with him.
guys don't even notice if you've had you eyebrows done or not, so i'd relax about this tiny, minor little thing.
it’s an even more common myth that waxing causes the hair to grow back finer as per your link and all the other sites. it’s just temporary and only lasts as long as you keep waxing. if you stop waxing and let all the hair cycles come up, it will look the same as ever before.
i’ve written lots of times on this topic. waxing and other root removal methods or shaving and bleaching that effect the hair above the surface of the skin - neither have any effect on the follicle to make it weaker/stronger.
EXCEPT in some areas that are sensitive to androgens, in these areas root removal will strengthen the follicle to produce darker and coarser hairs. Examples are upper lip, chin, sideburns, chest.
