That’s why in Islam the couple are meant to see each other first (with guardian), there should be some sort of spark/chemistry/attraction then that little seed of attraction will hopefully grow into love 
Contrary to what a lot of Muslims think there is also the concept of love before marriage ie some ppl can feel those intense feelings (and I don’t mean just a crush lol) even without any physical/sexual relationship before they tie the knot.
There’s a hadith that says something along the lines of ‘there is no better thing for two people who are in love to marry’.. will have to dig it out..
