Everybody has a way to say no, but some people cant say no instead they try to avoid you. You like her because you cant get her. stop caring about her and you will be fine. more you think about her more you will hurt yourself.
On the other hand you can just go to her and tell her your feelings about her . dont be too pushy. and accept whatever she says. if she says no then believe me you will feel way better.
P.S. : it used to happen to me all the time bro when i was a pure 100% FOB, now it doesnt happen that often. but still girls break my heart every week. :(
