Does anyone know how atheists are disposed off after death… i know that they dont deserve a proper funeral and all. But many ppl keep it a secret that the dead was a non believer.

Deserve? Thats a bit harsh dont you think? That is not for us to decide, Ms Vision. As a muslim i would respect the deceased no matter what his/her beliefs were. Only Allah knows best what was in their heart.
And what exactly is a proper funeral anyway? From who's context i mean. For example in Hinduism a proper funeral is burning the body. Muslims however dig up a grave, though that might not be proper for Hindus.
For a deceased athiest, i believe, the proper thing would be to give him/her a proper funeral according to the beliefs of whoever is responsible for the funeral.
For example, if a muslim is responsible for the funeral of an athiest person then he should get him a proper grave.

They DONT DESERVE…?
there are number of ways in which to dispose of a body belonging to a person who feels they no longer have a use for it.

Fertiliser…(the bod is frozen in liquid nitrogen and then smashed up into tiny pieces)…good for plants.
donated to medical and scientific research..
food…(as in that cannibal case in Germany…I forgot whether that man was athiest)
or buried…(even though the poor things dont deserve it)
buried at sea(which means thrown ito the sea)
cremated and the ashes blasted into space…(it been done…I know someone who wants that done)

bury him as he a Muslim would bury anyone unless if the deceased atheist had specified otherwise.

In Pakistan I think they would still burry him just the same way. Not sure about the namaz-e-jinaza.

is this supposed to be some question fit for a fattywa? after all, mollahs claim the right to issue fattywas about every single thing that a person can do.

Whatever aetheist had wished need to be respected. If not then, bury or whatever without Namaze Janaaza.
BTW, muslim who openly becomes ‘atheist’ is subjected to law dealing with apostate, in muslim or Islamic country.
(We had some discussions about apostate and rules so do not wish to start unless someone gets emotional and starts the discussion again)
