I was wondering what the nicest neighbourhoods in Pakistan are, I’m assuming they’ll be in Lahore/Karachi/Islamabad, but I was wondering about names ect.

I mean what’s Pakistan’s equivalent of Knightsbridge/ South Kensington ect.*

I take it "Karachi Defence/Clifton" must be like the West, ie good sanitation, quality homes, entertainment and celebrity packed?.
